What does "fully fit for work" mean?

The term is often used in the insurance industry and refers to the fact that an individual is not, at the time of taking out insurance, changing salary or premium, ill, has reduced capacity to work or is receiving compensation such as sickness benefit from Försäkringskassan.

Usually you should not have been sick for more than 14 consecutive days in the last 3-month period.
