THE COMPANY'S INSURANCE DISTRIBUTION AND ADVICE
The Company will offer you advice on the insurance products we offer based on the insurance companies selected above. The advice is therefore not based on an impartial and personal analysis (independent advice).
In cases where the Company provides you with insurance products without advice, the Company will clearly inform you of this before you enter into an insurance contract. This is the case if you, as a customer, take out an insurance policy on your own on the Company's website. In such cases, the Company will only carry out a needs assessment and will not provide you with advice.
When advising on insurance-based investment products (endowment insurance), the Company will mainly offer you mutual funds and in some cases alternative investment funds and portfolio management services. For information on the risks of investing in financial instruments, please refer to separate information.
AUTHORIZATIONS
A power of attorney authorizes a specifically designated person or company (the assignee) to perform acts on behalf of someone else (the principal). In order for the Company to carry out its assignment for the customer, the Company uses a power of attorney in which the customer is the principal and the Company as insurance intermediary is the assignee. The Company uses two different types of power of attorney: information power of attorney and brokerage power of attorney. The powers of attorney can either be handled digitally via the Power of Attorney Cloud or by the customer physically signing a power of attorney.
An information power of attorney is a power of attorney limited to giving the holder the right to receive certain information about the principal's insurance and pensions, for example from an insurance company.
An agency power of attorney is a power of attorney that gives the holder of the power of attorney both the right to obtain certain information about the principal's insurance and pensions and the right to represent the principal, for example with an insurance company to take out insurance.

You can see which employees are authorized to distribute insurance on behalf of the Company in the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's business register (www.fi.se).
THE PRICE OF DISTRIBUTION AND ADVICE
The company receives compensation for the insurance distribution we perform either through a fee from you as a customer or through remuneration from our partners.
The compensation depends, among other things, on the insurance product you buy. You will receive a description of the compensation before each occasion that you take out insurance.
The remuneration is intended to cover the costs of insurance distribution and insurance advice, including follow-up, annual maintenance and service to you as a customer. It also covers administrative and insurance costs, as well as costs imposed by the supervisory authority.
REGULAR REPORT ON COSTS AND REIMBURSEMENTS
As a customer, you are entitled in certain cases to receive a regular report containing information about the products and services we have distributed to you, as well as the costs and reimbursements for these.

SUSTAINABILITY-RELATED DISCLOSURES
As a provider of insurance advice, we must always act in the best interests of our customers. As part of this, we have a duty to be transparent about how we consider sustainability risks so that you as a client can make the most informed decision possible, and to include information about your sustainability preferences when advising on endowment and pension policies. A sustainability risk is an environmental, social or governance-related event that could have a significant negative impact on the value of your investment. For example, an environmental risk could be flooding or other extreme weather that could affect the operations of the investments you make, such as in real estate companies. Sustainability factors include environmental, social and human issues, respect for human rights and the fight against corruption and bribery
For information on the Company's work on sustainability, see the Company's website.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Conflicts of interest are a natural part of doing business and also in the Company's field of activity. Conflicts of interest may arise in a situation where the interest of the client conflicts with an interest of the Company or the Company's insurance intermediary. To protect you as a client, the Company has adopted guidelines to manage conflicts of interest.
It may be the case that some products distributed by the Company provide more remuneration than others. This may provide an incentive for the Company or the insurance intermediary to distribute those particular products to the customer even though that product may not be the most suitable or best suited to the customer's requirements and needs.
In order to manage conflicts of interest and ensure that the client's interests are put first, each distribution and advisory event is preceded by a requirements and needs assessment and, where appropriate, by a personal recommendation in the light of the information you have provided as a client. In addition, the Company conducts ongoing random checks where all advisory documentation is reviewed in order to ensure that your interests as a client are put first. When advising on insurance-based investment products, the advice is always preceded by a suitability assessment. We will also clearly explain this relationship to you as a client in connection with the advice.
The organizational and administrative arrangements put in place to prevent or manage conflicts of interest referred to above in relation to the distribution and advice of insurance-based investment products are not sufficient to ensure with reasonable certainty that there is no risk of damage to the client's interests.
More detailed information on what the Company's conflict of interest rules contain is provided to the client upon request.
