Your Integrity

As a customer of ours, it is important that you have confidence in us, especially with regard to the information you provide about yourself and your employees. We only store and use the data that we are required to collect by law and the data needed to fulfil our contract with you. Each individual is informed about our processing and must actively consent to other processing such as personalised offers. You can read more about our processing of personal data below.

In the complaint, you should describe in detail what happened and attach supporting documents so that our feedback and assessment will be good. Our feedback should be prompt and if the case is deemed to take more than ten working days to respond, you should be kept informed of the processing and the reasons for the delay. Complaints are sent by post to Pensure.

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you can get free advice from the Swedish Consumer Centre for Banking and Finance, see www.konsumenternas.se. You can also contact the consumer adviser in your municipality. If you are unsuccessful in your case with the Complaints Officer at Pensure, you have the option of taking the matter to the General Complaints Board (ARN), see www.arn.se for information about the General Complaints Board, or to the general courts.

Management of your data

In order to fulfil our contract with you, we will need to store data about you. User data is the information about you that is needed to enable you to use our systems, such as your name, social security number, email address and telephone number.

Customer data is the information about you that is needed to manage your occupational pension and other insurance on an ongoing basis. Examples of such data are name, personal identity number, e-mail address, telephone, salary, premium, health declarations. In addition to this, as a company in the financial sector, we are required to comply with a number of external regulations governing customer due diligence, money laundering, etc., which means that additional data is collected via direct questions to you.

Insurance information is information about your insurance policies taken out with insurance companies by you or your employers. This information is used to give you an overview of your overall insurance situation and to give you personalised advice.

What do you accept

In order for us to collect insurance information about you, you will need to sign an information consent form. This mandate is needed so that we can collect information from the insurance companies where you have taken out insurance policies. Your consent means that Pensure AB may use the insurance information and customer data to provide you with personal advice and personalised offers.

What happens if you do not agree

The authorisation primarily concerns the processing of insurance information. If you do not consent, our ability to provide you with personalised offers and advice will be limited. However, we still have the right to use customer data to inform you about current contracts and general offers.

How to withdraw your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by changing your consent on Your pages.

Why do we ask you

On 25 May 2018, a new regulation, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), was introduced, replacing what was previously known as the Personal Data Act (PUL). The aim of the new regulation is to increase your control over how companies and organisations handle data about you.

In order for us to advise you on your occupational pension choices and offer you personalised offers, we always ask for your approval.
