Pension an important part that is easily forgotten in personnel administration

 

Keeping all employee data up to date is a constant and time-consuming process. It's easy for a change to be missed, or perhaps incorrectly reported. Corrections are a hassle and time-consuming. If records are inaccurate, sick pay and important insurance benefits, such as health insurance, are affected. An employee covered by health insurance is guaranteed a safe period of recovery and recuperation in the event of illness, but if changes in employment are not reported, this security may be lost.

The Pensure Pension Assistant avoids duplication of effort and retroactive changes altogether. Payroll and employment administration has never been easier. The Pensions Assistant works entirely digitally, making your day-to-day life more time-efficient and providing peace of mind for you and your employees. Through daily scans of your company's HR systems, the assistant ensures that all payroll, employment and pension administration is done correctly.

An integrated part of the HR system for automatic changes

 

In order for the Pensions Assistant to administer the company's pensions, you need to appoint an administrator to look after the assistant.

The administrator can manage the employees' pensions via the Pensure platform in three different ways:

  • Manual

  • By uploading a payroll file

  • With the help of the Pensions Assistant

The administrator can choose to continue to do all the work on pensions on their own, or to let the Pensions Assistant create valuable time that can be spent on other things.

This is done by having the assistant work at your home base - integrated into your own HR system. Payroll changes and commencement or termination of employment are automatically detected.

The Pensions Assistant presents his/her proposal for action by sending a notification by e-mail to the administrator, who can then choose to approve, reject, complete or correct the action.

If the administrator wishes to complete or correct the action, this is easily done directly via the Pensure digital platform.

Once the action is approved, and the administrator signs with BankID, it is entered directly into the Pensure pension system - and the employee gets access to the right pension and insurance cover at once.

It is not only the Pensions Assistant who can communicate with you. If a question arises about a change or incorrect information, you can always contact the assistant yourself, who will make sure your questions are answered.
